Instructions On the next few pages, you will be asked information to register your children for the 2012 baseball/softball season. Please provide all of the information you can. We will not provide this information to anyone other than the league officials and coaches. We will also not use your information to contact you unnecessarily. Your name, home telephone number, and address are required. Providing your email address and cell telephone number will allow us to remind you of evaluations and other key league dates (Memorial Day parade, end of year parties). Your cell telephone number will be provided to your child's coach for emergency use only. Once you have entered your information, please click the Add Child button to add each of your childrens' information. At the end, you will be presented with your overall cost for league registration and reminded to bring a check (made out to PCABA) or cash to the registration in February. At registration, you will receive 30 raffle tickets that your child can sell for $1 each. These raffle tickets will be valid for our raffle in association with the Memorial Day parade. You get to keep the money raised by selling these raffle tickets. This is the only fundraiser that we have the children take part in to help offset the cost of registration.
